TL;DR

Business Recruiter (Talent Acquisition): Managing full-cycle recruiting processes for business organizations, predominantly Sales, with an accent on developing top-of-funnel strategies and building diverse talent pipelines. Location: Remote (United States) or from our San Francisco/New York hub offices

Salary: $136,000 - $210,000 USD

What you will do

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting processes for business organizations, specifically Sales.
  • Partner with business leaders to develop top-of-funnel strategies for key roles.
  • Source and build healthy, representative talent pipelines, engaging passive talent and handling inbound applications.
  • Leverage data to inform hiring strategy and influence change with executives.
  • Champion various initiatives relating to belonging, equity and impact (BEI).

Requirements

  • 6+ years of full-cycle in-house recruiting experience in a high-growth business.
  • Experience partnering with senior executives on high-volume searches in sales organizations.
  • Ability to build a talent strategy alongside hiring managers, while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Excellent communication, in all formats and ability to adapt communication style based upon audience.
  • Written and spoken fluency in Portuguese and English is required.

Nice to have

  • In-house experience recruiting for a SaaS company.
  • Experience hiring leadership roles at the Director level, predominantly within Sales.
  • Expert knowledge of the SaaS/scaling tech landscape and competitors in this space.
  • Written and spoken fluency in Spanish.
