What you will do
- Manage full-cycle recruiting processes for business organizations, specifically Sales.
- Partner with business leaders to develop top-of-funnel strategies for key roles.
- Source and build healthy, representative talent pipelines, engaging passive talent and handling inbound applications.
- Leverage data to inform hiring strategy and influence change with executives.
- Champion various initiatives relating to belonging, equity and impact (BEI).
Requirements
- 6+ years of full-cycle in-house recruiting experience in a high-growth business.
- Experience partnering with senior executives on high-volume searches in sales organizations.
- Ability to build a talent strategy alongside hiring managers, while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
- Excellent communication, in all formats and ability to adapt communication style based upon audience.
- Written and spoken fluency in Portuguese and English is required.
Nice to have
- In-house experience recruiting for a SaaS company.
- Experience hiring leadership roles at the Director level, predominantly within Sales.
- Expert knowledge of the SaaS/scaling tech landscape and competitors in this space.
- Written and spoken fluency in Spanish.
