Test Coordinator

What you will do

• Analyze requirements, create test plans, and establish test processes for all testing stages (validation, functional, integration, SIT, UAT).
• Support test case preparation and execution, collecting results from internal and external teams.
• Ensure traceability to business requirements, enabling risk-based prioritization and defect handling.
• Administer test cases, execution plans, results, and defects in test management tools, enforcing project adherence to standards.
• Manage and provide updated progress, coverage, metrics, and KPI reports for release readiness.
• Participate in creating a project-independent company-wide QA strategy, standards, and processes, supporting continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience coordinating testing activities within large, complex programmes, ideally involving ERP or enterprise systems.
• Firm understanding of QA principles, defect lifecycles, and test methodologies.
• Solid hands-on experience administering test artifacts with tools such as Jira, XRay, Azure DevOps, HP ALM, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills with a focus on traceability, test coverage, and risk mitigation.
• Experience working in a hybrid delivery environment (mixed Agile and Waterfall), ideally experience with continuous iterative delivery methods mixed with fixed project milestones.
• Notable experience working with stakeholders and vendors in an international environment and in a remote setting. Self-sufficient, proactive, solution oriented personality and approach.
