What you will do

• Develop and enforce IAM strategy and governance frameworks aligned to business goals and risk posture.
• Lead architectural design and integration across diverse environments including on-prem, cloud, and hybrid setups.
• Define and implement access control policies, authentication methods, and role-based access controls to minimize risk.
• Oversee provisioning, deprovisioning, and lifecycle management of user identities and entitlements.
• Establish and operate IAM incident response and forensics processes.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in IAM design, implementation, and operations with a track record of delivering secure identity solutions.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks relevant to IAM (e.g., GDPR, NIST, ISO 27001).
• Proven experience in cloud and hybrid environments (Azure, AWS, and on-prem) with security-by-design principles.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent.
