Location: Although this is a remote position, the ideal candidate should be located or willing to frequently travel to our sites in Florida, Louisiana, Texas, and North Carolina.

What you will do
- Manage sales team budgets, territories, and client lists for clients in the Northeast USA.
- Lead, coach, and develop a sales team to deliver profitable growth.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and define sales strategies.
- Manage customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting, defining and tracking KPIs and metrics.
- Develop and manage the business plan for the growth of the EHS business.
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Chemistry, Biology, or Environmental Science.
- 10 years of experience in Technical sales, project management, or customer service.
- Advanced English language skills.
- Excellent oral and written communications skills, leadership, and time management skills.
- Solid critical thinking skills to anticipate and solve problems.
- Frequent travel required (about 60% of the time).
Nice to have
- 10 years of experience in the Environmental Industry.
- Prior supervisory experience.
