What you will do

• Design and optimize high availability and disaster recovery solutions in Microsoft Azure.
• Assess and design effective Major Incident Response Plans (MIRPs) that align with operational SLAs and business risk tolerances.
• Contribute to business continuity planning and incident response coordination.
• Analyze and assess process maturity related to resiliency and operational efficiency.
• Provide technical consulting and assessment-based delivery engagements to clients.
• Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and executive stakeholders.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience working with an IT background.
• Deep experience with high availability (HA) and disaster recovery (DR) design in Microsoft Azure.
• Solid understanding of Azure architecture, including infrastructure Availability Zones, backup/recovery, and monitoring services.
• Familiarity with cloud-native resiliency patterns and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) methods.
• Proven ability to assess and design effective Major Incident Response Plans (MIRPs).
• Advanced English is required.
