• Design and evolve job architectures.

Requirements

• Technical understanding of organizational infrastructure and its link to skills, reward and the wider HR portfolio.
• Ability to translate complexity into practical, scalable solutions.
• Reputation as a flexible collaborator with good judgement.
• Fluent Norwegian (or Swedish or Danish), and comfort working with Norwegian clients.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Preferably a relevant master’s degree (e.g. business, engineering, HR or similar).
