What you will do

• Develop an understanding of CME Clearing infrastructure and internal operational processes and applications, including account set-ups and trade submission workflows.
• Assist in solving problems, testing, and creating documentation across all asset classes and initiatives.
• Provide primary-level problem resolution and customer service to all current and potential clients.
• Offer day-to-day support for customer questions and provide clear, professional responses to client queries.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship assistance (CPT, H1B, F1, L etc.).
• Currently pursuing a BA/BS degree, preferably in relevant business or applicable STEM fields.
• Work well in a team environment.
• Possess strong analytical, quantitative, and organizational skills.
• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Be self-motivated and curious.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Excel.
