What you will do
- Facilitate co-design of AI-enabled HR operating models across the employee lifecycle.
- Design integrated employee journeys and intelligent workflows for seamless experiences.
- Partner with HR subject matter experts, HRIS, IT, and shared services to integrate Workday, ServiceNow, and hirify.global Cloud.
- Advise HR leaders on AI augmentation and automation for efficiency and employee experience.
- Develop impact models to quantify operational gains and experience improvements.
- Act as a strategic design partner across HR, IT, and business-facing teams, ensuring alignment.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in HR operations, service delivery design, digital transformation, or enterprise workflow architecture.
- Demonstrated success redesigning end-to-end processes and operating models in technology-enabled environments.
- Deep experience with enterprise platforms including Workday and ServiceNow, and orchestration technologies such as hirify.global Cloud.
- Proven ability to design intelligent workflows integrating systems of record, case management, and orchestration layers.
- Experience embedding automation and AI into operational processes to improve efficiency and employee experience.
- Strong consultative skills with a track record of facilitating cross-functional design decisions with HR leaders, subject matter experts, HRIS, and IT teams.
