Senior Information Security Engineer

Location: Hybrid in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Toronto, or Raleigh. Applicants must be based in the U.S., excluding Alabama, Alaska, Connecticut, Hawaii, Kentucky, Mississippi, Nebraska, New Mexico, North Dakota, Rhode Island, South Dakota, West Virginia, and Wyoming.

Salary: $142,000–$152,000 base salary range + annual bonus.

What you will do

• Conduct security assessments of infrastructure, applications, and operational practices.
• Identify security gaps and develop remediation plans with clear priorities.
• Implement and maintain security controls across the technical environment.
• Perform security reviews of third-party tools, integrations, and vendor relationships.
• Manage security operations including monitoring, incident response, and vulnerability management.
• Support compliance initiatives and audit readiness, and develop security policies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on information security experience.
• Experience conducting security assessments and implementing controls.
• Working knowledge of security frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST).
• Experience with identity management platforms (Okta, Azure AD).
• Familiarity with enterprise SaaS platforms and understanding of cloud security concepts.
• Experience with security tools (SIEM, vulnerability scanning, endpoint protection).
• English: B2 required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Salesforce security.
• Scripting/automation skills.
• Experience working in fast-paced software/technology companies.
