What you will do
- Understand client needs and custom-match them with experts across multiple specialties (Design, Marketing, Product Management, Project Management, and Management Consulting).
- Manage client expectations effectively and oversee the end-to-end talent matching process.
- Write professional and engaging job descriptions to attract the best talent.
- Introduce talent to clients, showcasing their experience, skills, and relevance to business needs.
- Negotiate talent rates to ensure alignment with client budgets.
- Collaborate with other teams to maximize opportunities, remove process friction, and address engagement issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Full-time availability during US CST, MST, or PST working hours.
- 5+ years of experience operating in complex, cross-functional environments, delivering business and technology outcomes.
- Hands-on expertise in at least two of these areas: Design, Marketing, Product Management, or Management Consulting.
- Solid understanding of how initiatives progress from discovery through execution and delivery.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, relationship development, and negotiation skills.
