What you will do

• Manage the project for complete vehicle design content through product development phases.
• Integrate overall vehicle program plans with detailed design project plans and sub-plans.
• Oversee overall delivery timing, content, and quality within the project team.
• Manage resourcing, budgeting, forecasting, and follow-up activities.
• Delegate tasks and follow up with project team members.
• Collaborate closely with Vehicle Program management and Product development teams, including those in China.

Requirements

• Extensive project experience within an automotive design environment.
• Good understanding of all processes and tools within Automotive product design (5-10 years experience).
• Extensive knowledge of processes interfacing with Automotive product design.
• Ability to manage and analyze financial data (forecast, budget, and actuals).
• Application and interpretation of program plans to meet project goals.
• Cultural sensitivity, especially Chinese - European culture.
