What you will do
- Manage existing customer relationships and ensure successful execution of data services and advertising campaigns.
- Lead day-to-day client projects, ensuring seamless coordination and delivery across teams.
- Educate clients on data assets, audience strategies, and industry best practices.
- Develop solutions aligned with clients' advertising goals and identify opportunities to expand partnerships.
- Oversee sales revenue targets in partnership with Account Executives.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Legal, Compliance, Finance, Service Delivery, Pricing) for smooth project execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Interest in ad tech or digital marketing.
- Experience using customer service skills to develop client relationships.
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks and manage a large portfolio of fast-moving projects.
- Experience analyzing data and presenting industry-specific insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to travel up to ~20% (if located outside NYC).
