What you will do
- Own and evolve the end-to-end sales tools roadmap, creating a unified, insight-rich experience.
- Build and improve tools that transform raw data into customer-facing insights on market trends, occupancy, and renter behavior.
- Lead the AI and automation strategy for sales workflows, including integrating Generative AI and predictive recommendations.
- Define and execute a clear buy-vs-build strategy for the sales technology stack.
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams to design, build, launch, and iterate on tools.
- Use a data-driven, user-centric approach to evaluate product performance and scale initiatives.
Requirements
- Extensive experience partnering with B2B Sales teams and building tools to improve productivity and effectiveness.
- Deep understanding of applying ML/AI thoughtfully to real sales workflows.
- 10+ years of product management or closely related experience.
- Skilled at understanding customer and stakeholder needs and translating them into clear product requirements.
- Sharp analytical mindset and modeling skills that enable data-driven recommendations.
- Outstanding collaborator who leads product development across cross-functional teams in an agile, fast-paced, and distributed environment.
