What you will do

• Lead, mentor, motivate, and manage a team of application analysts specializing in Zuora Billing and Revenue.
• Provide technical leadership and partner with product teams to build product and technology roadmaps.
• Oversee technical execution and ensure the quality, scalability, and reliability of the solutions your team delivers.
• Drive staffing decisions and prioritize engineering and operational excellence initiatives.
• Leverage AI in development practices and solutions.
• Contribute to the entire development lifecycle and support Scrum and Agile processes.

Requirements

• BS in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience implementing and supporting Finance systems.
• 2+ years of people management experience.
• Strong experience with SaaS platforms and enterprise applications, including Zuora.
• Experience in Agile Software Delivery and project management tools such as Jira.
