TL;DR

Editorial and Content Strategy Director: Shaping and leading global editorial strategy and aligning storytelling across internal and external communications with an accent on impactful brand messaging and content optimization. Focus on establishing writing standards, developing content strategies, and monitoring content performance metrics.

Location: Remote within the US, with primary locations in New York, NY and Philadelphia, PA. Geographic differentials may apply to local market rates.

Salary: US National Base Pay Range: $115,400 - $192,300 annually. Primary Location (New York, NY) Base Pay Range: $138,400 - $230,700 annually.

What you will do

  • Develop and maintain a 12-month rolling editorial calendar.
  • Create and optimize content strategies for impactful brand messaging.
  • Establish a center of excellence for writing standards and guidelines, and develop tools and training.
  • Define and oversee content strategy aligned with brand and business goals.
  • Monitor and analyze content performance metrics.
  • Write compelling stories for various platforms as needed.
