Location: This role supports North America Corporate Learning. The company offers flexible work arrangements, with physical offices in Kitchener, Winnipeg, Vancouver, and Melbourne.

Salary: $77,000–$85,000 CAD

What you will do

  • Curate and execute cohesive, multi-channel marketing plans with clear KPIs.
  • Lead the development of purposeful campaigns through quarterly planning and alignment meetings.
  • Drive cross-functional programs, prioritizing outputs and managing workload.
  • Track and report on campaign impacts, identifying areas for optimization.
  • Manage and lead a team of global marketing professionals, fostering a high-performing culture.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with functional areas across Go-To-Market teams.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience with an emphasis on corporate edtech, including a minimum of 3 years of people management experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, or Public Relations.
  • Familiarity with association learning program administration and corporate strategic learning initiatives.
  • Strong results-driven and goal-oriented approach.
  • Ability to manage highly complex, cross-functional projects.
  • English: B2 required.
