Salary: $77,000–$85,000 CAD

What you will do
- Curate and execute cohesive, multi-channel marketing plans with clear KPIs.
- Lead the development of purposeful campaigns through quarterly planning and alignment meetings.
- Drive cross-functional programs, prioritizing outputs and managing workload.
- Track and report on campaign impacts, identifying areas for optimization.
- Manage and lead a team of global marketing professionals, fostering a high-performing culture.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with functional areas across Go-To-Market teams.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience with an emphasis on corporate edtech, including a minimum of 3 years of people management experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, or Public Relations.
- Familiarity with association learning program administration and corporate strategic learning initiatives.
- Strong results-driven and goal-oriented approach.
- Ability to manage highly complex, cross-functional projects.
- English: B2 required.
