What you will do

• Act as product owner for hirify.global’s finance systems, including NetSuite and BillingPlatform, managing roadmap and system health.
• Lead the design and optimization of Record-to-Report, Order-to-Cash, and Revenue Recognition processes in a SaaS environment.
• Drive automation and integrations to improve data quality and accelerate close cycles.
• Ensure system configurations and workflows align with GAAP, SOX, and audit requirements.
• Manage system implementations, enhancements, and upgrades with hands-on execution.
• Build and lead a high-performing team of program managers, business analysts, and systems professionals.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in finance systems, enterprise systems, or business systems leadership within a SaaS or high-growth technology company.
• Deep, hands-on NetSuite experience, including ownership of core accounting and operational finance workflows.
• Strong experience with SaaS billing, usage-based or subscription models, and revenue recognition systems.
• Proven ability to quickly assess systems, identify gaps, and drive improvements.
• Product management instincts, agile/scrum delivery experience, and strong stakeholder engagement.
• Familiarity with SOX, audit readiness, and finance controls.
