Location: Los Angeles, CA or Brooklyn, NY, USA
Salary: $110,000 - $150,000 plus bonus potential

What you will do
- Manage and grow client relationships, providing strategic direction and practical solutions.
- Direct projects and teams, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and client communication.
- Manage and mentor junior staff, including a Social Media Manager and an Account Coordinator.
- Communicate account status to senior leadership and proactively find solutions to issues.
- Manage content pipelines across multiple accounts and platforms, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
Requirements
- 6+ years’ experience in digital/social account management.
- Experience implementing social media, digital, and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Excellent communication skills: persuasive, strategic, proactive, diplomatic.
- Experience managing and mentoring large teams.
- A deep understanding of the social media landscape and relevant social ad operations.
- Must be based in the USA.
