What you will do

• Research emerging creators across social platforms and track new media trends.
• Support internal operations to enhance client growth and coordinate PR and gifting opportunities.
• Participate in talent calls and meetings, preparing presentation materials for pitch calls.
• Contribute to creator growth and talent relations by taking notes and offering insights.
• Engage in brand outreach to establish new talent partnerships and develop sales materials.
• Collect and analyze talent metrics across numerous platforms and help manage communications.

Requirements

• Deep knowledge of social media from a business and consumer perspective.
• Familiarity with social media monitoring metrics and new media platforms.
• Superb teamwork and team management skills with high emotional intelligence.
• Well-developed verbal and written communication skills and outstanding organizational skills.
• Eagerness to be part of a fast-paced start up.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all situations.

Hiring process
