What you will do

• Lead tactical and strategic procurement processes (RFQ, RFI, RFP) globally.
• Develop and execute category management strategies for Indirect, Professional Services, and Marketing procurement categories.
• Review, negotiate, and manage the commercial terms of vendor contracts globally.
• Provide expert guidance on indirect procurement categories (non-Tech).
• Track and report on procurement KPIs and SLAs, identifying additional improvement opportunities.
• Develop strong partnerships across business units, building credibility as a procurement expert.

Requirements

• Significant experience in sourcing and category management for Indirect, Professional Services, and Marketing categories at global, regional, and local levels.
• Proven expertise in commercial negotiations with a demonstrated ability to deliver cost savings and value-added benefits.
• Deep knowledge of indirect procurement categories including HR, Legal, Payroll, Recruitment, Finance, Operations, Market Data, and Payment Solutions.
• Experience with various delivery models: centralized/decentralized, internal/outsourced, MarTech, and SaaS solutions.
• Track record of exceeding procurement savings targets and KPIs.
• Demonstrated experience building commercial capability across business units and functions.
