What you will do
- Own the Group’s transformation and change delivery methodology, ensuring consistent application across initiatives.
- Lead workforce and capability planning for the transformation community, including role design and career pathways.
- Design, establish, and lead the Operational Excellence COE (OpEx CoE), creating a central hub of expertise.
- Manage the transformation supplier panel, ensuring access to high-quality partners and overseeing supplier selection.
- Define, embed, and continuously improve the ways of working that underpin transformation delivery.
- Assess and evolve the organization’s operating model to ensure alignment with strategic priorities.
Requirements
- Extensive expertise in transformation and change delivery methodologies, including agile, design thinking, and operational excellence.
- Proven experience establishing or leading a center of excellence or capability function within a complex organization.
- Strong analytical and diagnostic skills to translate delivery challenges into clear guidance and tools.
- Experience managing external suppliers and consulting partners, ensuring alignment with internal standards.
- Highly skilled communicator and influencer, able to guide and coach diverse teams.
- Strong stakeholder management skills to build trust across HR, IT, Finance, and business units.
