What you will do

• Research and test how LLMs and AI Agents can automate internal workflows.
• Develop and maintain Python scripts to automate end-to-end manual steps, such as portal data extraction and cross-system file transfers.
• Support the PM team in monitoring product performance and using AI tools to extract actionable trends from large datasets.
• Act as a bridge between Product and Engineering to ensure our automation requirements are clearly defined and implemented.

Requirements

• Studies: Currently enrolled in Business Informatics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a similar technical field.
• You understand the potential of AI Agents and how they can be integrated into business processes.
• Comfortable using Python libraries for data handling and automation.
• Knowledge of SQL to navigate databases.
• Fluent in English; German is a strong advantage for collaborating across our German locations.

Nice to have

• Basic understanding of how the web works (DNS, SSL, or Cloud).
• Experience with visualization tools like PowerBI or Looker.
