TL;DR
Integrator (Transport Platform): Supporting the delivery of key IT and business changes within an agile delivery model, working with feature teams and Product Owners. Focus on collaborating with partners across the wider bank, mitigating delivery blockers, and managing complex implementations requiring integration between multiple parties.
Location: Hybrid, spending at least two days per week, or 40% of time, at the office site in Newport until September 2026, then moving to Cardiff from September onwards.
Salary: £59,850 - £66,500

What you will do
- Develop the sequence for integration-related tasks in collaboration with the Product Owner, Customer Journey Manager, and Engineering teams.
- Work with partners across the wider bank to ensure interlock, enabling delivery at pace.
- Identify blockers to delivery and mitigate/resolve them, raising them to product owners/lab leadership where required.
- Act as the interface between suppliers (3rd Party) and key business partners.
- Manage complex and high-risk implementations requiring integration between multiple parties to ensure safe delivery.
- Coordinate the integration process and implementation events across shared infrastructure.
Requirements
- Strong ability in Agile Methodology, Tools and Ways of Working.
- A track record in developing and improving relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Confirmed experience working across business and engineering teams to deliver integrated, customer-focused solutions.
- Experience in planning, tracking, reporting and governance; experience in communicating regular status updates to key senior colleagues and resolving high priority issues affecting delivery.
- Proven leadership skills in managing critical risks/issues/dependencies.
