What you will do

• Help define and execute the technical vision of the product.
• Prototype and validate new architectural and technological ideas, ways of working, and refactoring initiatives.
• Work across departments, fostering collaboration, and representing the product vision.
• Interact with Pre-Sales and Customer Success teams to incorporate customer feedback.
• Contribute to new and existing functionalities, proof of concepts, and technical improvements for the Digital Banking Platform.
• Take on an expert role in all Backend-related topics, specifically Trade Finance Capability.

Requirements

• Solid background in software development, design, and architectural patterns.
• Ability to communicate clearly and confidently across all levels with technical stakeholders and team members.
• Experience with Java, Spring, Maven, JPA, Hibernate, CI, and CD.
• Strong experience with microservices.
• Experience with Cloud-native deployments and traditional application servers (WebSphere, JBoss, Tomcat).
• Knowledge of relational databases (Oracle, MSSQL, MySQL) and Enterprise Integration Patterns.
• Good understanding of non-functional requirements such as security, performance, and scalability.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
• Experience as a technical leader.

Nice to have

• Experience in the banking domain or Fintech products.
• Being a Full-Stack developer.
