Location: Remote (Eastern and Central Time Zones). Must be based in the US (Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, Florida, New York states mentioned).
Salary: $4480-$4800/month

What you will do
- Support editors in developing new academic book projects.
- Research subject matter experts and maintain organized prospect lists.
- Assist with reviewer and author identification utilizing internal data and analytics tools.
- Prepare outreach materials and draft standard publishing documents under guidance.
- Contribute to author recruitment initiatives and create social media content for book promotion.
- Utilize internal digital and AI-enabled tools to support editorial tasks.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree, with a graduation date of May 2027.
- Passion for communication, publishing, science, and the dissemination of knowledge.
- Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools such as Copilot and ChatGPT.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint and Excel, or other spreadsheet proficiency or familiarity with structured data.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to write clearly and concisely.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, meet time-critical deadlines, and work successfully in a fast-paced environment.
