What you will do

• Participate in HR documentation management.
• Manage projects related to hiring and onboarding new employees.
• Coordinate the full onboarding and adaptation cycle for new hires (including documentation, consultations, and welcome meetings).
• Support the HR team in ongoing projects.
• Collaborate closely with the legal and finance departments.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in HR (preferably in IT or game development).
• Understanding of HR documentation processes and basic labor law requirements.
• Experience coordinating full-cycle onboarding and employee adaptation.
• High level of organization and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with different teams.
• Proactive mindset and readiness to support multiple HR projects simultaneously.
