What you will do

• Own and drive frontend development processes and standards.
• Design and implement scalable, maintainable frontend architecture using JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.js.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Backend teams.
• Lead feature development from concept to production.
• Ensure performance optimization and responsiveness of the application.
• Participate in architectural decisions and technical planning.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Front-End development.
• Strong expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and React.js.
• Proven experience owning and improving development processes.
• Experience working in a startup environment.
• Strong architectural thinking and ability to work independently.
• Strong written and spoken English.

Nice to have

• Experience working on large-scale / enterprise-level projects.
• Experience designing complex CRM or SaaS systems.
• Knowledge of state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, etc.).
• Experience with performance optimization and scalable UI systems.
• Understanding of UX principles and product thinking.
