What you will do
- Own and drive frontend development processes and standards.
- Design and implement scalable, maintainable frontend architecture using JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.js.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Backend teams.
- Lead feature development from concept to production.
- Ensure performance optimization and responsiveness of the application.
- Participate in architectural decisions and technical planning.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Front-End development.
- Strong expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and React.js.
- Proven experience owning and improving development processes.
- Experience working in a startup environment.
- Strong architectural thinking and ability to work independently.
- Strong written and spoken English.
Nice to have
- Experience working on large-scale / enterprise-level projects.
- Experience designing complex CRM or SaaS systems.
- Knowledge of state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, etc.).
- Experience with performance optimization and scalable UI systems.
- Understanding of UX principles and product thinking.
