What you will do

• Review and evaluate incoming credit applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Identify recurring issues, system bugs, edge cases, and customer pain points.
• Provide structured feedback to Product, Engineering, and Operations leads.
• Suggest improvements to workflows, rules, or system logic.
• Maintain high throughput, attention to detail, and compliance.
• Collaborate with the Credit, Product, and Communications Team to improve the application journey.

Requirements

• 1–2 years experience in fintech operations, underwriting support, KYC/KYB, QA, or customer operations.
• High system literacy and comfortable learning complex internal tools quickly.
• Strong pattern recognition, analytical thinking, and exceptional attention to detail.
• Native-level Swedish and fluent in English.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with evolving processes.

Nice to have

• Experience in credit products, consumer lending, or financial regulations.
• Exposure to QA workflows, bug reporting, or user journey testing.
• Knowledge of basic metrics (e.g., approval rate, drop-off points, SLAs).
• Knowledge in one of hirify.global's other core market languages.
