What you will do

• Oversee the design, development, and implementation of the cloud platform to meet performance, scalability, reliability, and compliance standards.
• Manage and develop the cloud platform engineering team, fostering cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Ensure the platform aligns with business requirements, technical constraints, and evolving needs through stakeholder engagement.
• Develop and optimize provisioning, configuration, and deployment processes using Infrastructure as Code and DevOps practices.
• Implement centralized management, monitoring, and governance capabilities for visibility, security, and control.
• Evaluate emerging public cloud services and technologies, incorporating them into the platform for competitive advantage.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in cloud platform engineering and operations with knowledge of cloud-native architectures and best practices.
• Strong technical expertise in public cloud services and ability to translate business requirements into cloud solutions.
• Proven ability to build, lead, and motivate high-performing, cross-functional teams.
• Excellent analytical skills to navigate complex technical and organizational challenges.
• Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with customer-facing teams and align platform capabilities with business needs.
