TL;DR

Strategy & Planning Manager (Community Support): Defining the strategic direction for hirify.global Group's Community Support organization with an accent on cost and quality goals and solving complex strategic questions. Focus on leading strategic analyses, driving business performance cadence using OKRs and KPIs, and evolving strategy craft.

Location: Hybrid work model requiring office attendance in Vilnius, Lithuania (2 days/week recommended). Opportunity for workation up to 90 days per year, with 21 days allowed outside the EU.

Salary: €55,100–€74,500 gross per year.

What you will do

  • Lead discrete strategic analyses and business cases from problem definition to practical recommendations, partnering with senior leaders.
  • Support the strategic operating rhythm by facilitating monthly OKR/KPI reporting and contributing to annual planning.
  • Maintain and improve strategic financial models with Finance and Operations to validate inputs and surface trade-offs.
  • Prepare materials for strategic discussions and workshops, ensuring leadership alignment on priorities.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to deliver insights on technology and consumer trends to sharpen strategy.
  • Develop high-quality strategy materials and executive presentations to support senior leadership reporting processes.

Requirements

  • BSc/MSc in Business, Economics, or Finance.
  • 4+ years’ experience in a high-performance environment (e.g., management consulting, online/e-commerce, or in-house strategy).
  • Structured thinker comfortable in an ambiguous, fast-changing environment, eager to contribute to new processes.
  • Proven ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders from diverse departments (Operations, Finance, Product, Data, Engineering and Design).
  • Expertise in distilling complex information into actionable insights and presenting data clearly to all seniority levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and quantitative business case modeling (advanced Excel skills).
  • Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English.
