Operations Reliability Engineer (Enterprise Platforms): Supporting the operational reliability and lifecycle management of enterprise SaaS platforms with an accent on administration and monitoring of tools like Atlassian and Microsoft Power Platform. Focus on incident detection, automation workflows, and early AIOps initiatives.

Location: Hybrid (Hungary: Budapest or Szeged), with working hours 9:00 am - 6:00 pm CET. Participation in a shared, rotational on-call schedule may be required.

What you will do

• Monitor and resolve incidents related to enterprise SaaS platform health and performance.
• Administer enterprise SaaS platforms like Atlassian, Figma, Lucid, and Microsoft Power Platform components.
• Support licensing, access governance, feature rollouts, and configuration updates.
• Assist in developing automation scripts and integrating SaaS health signals into AIOps platforms.
• Contribute to documentation (runbooks, troubleshooting guides) and user-impact communications.
• Support environment governance, data loss prevention, and monitoring dashboards for enterprise tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience supporting enterprise SaaS platforms or IT operations.
• Hands-on experience administering at least one enterprise tool platform (e.g., Atlassian, Microsoft Power Platform).
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, or Power BI administration.
• Familiarity with SaaS service health dashboards, vendor support models, and incident management/ITSM processes.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and effective written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with scripting or automation tools (PowerShell, APIs, or workflow tools).
• Interest in developing deeper skills in database administration, IIS, automation, AIOps, and enterprise platform reliability.
