What you will do

• Analyze client performance metrics and contribute to strategic Business Reviews.
• Support the development and implementation of tailored strategic recommendations.
• Participate in cross-functional projects focused on process improvement and AI implementation.
• Collaborate with Customer Success Consultants to build marketplace strategies.
• Help clients implement effective tools and processes for seller management.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+5) from a business school, university, or IEP.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation abilities.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Team player comfortable collaborating in an international environment.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
• Fluent in French and English (professional proficiency required for both).
• Available for a 6-month internship starting July 2026.

Nice to have

• Previous internship experience in consulting, customer success, or e-commerce.
