What you will do

• Analyze client performance metrics and prepare strategic Business Reviews.
• Support the development and implementation of tailored strategic recommendations to optimize marketplace operations.
• Participate in cross-functional projects focusing on process improvement, team growth, and AI implementation.
• Collaborate with Customer Success Consultants to assist clients in building their marketplace strategy.
• Help clients implement effective tools and processes for seller management and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+5) from a business school, university, or IEP.
• Fluent in French and English (professional proficiency required).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• Availability for a 6-month internship starting January 2026.

Nice to have

• Previous internship experience in consulting, customer success, or e-commerce.
