What you will do

• Own analytics for a broad product area, building strong partnerships with stakeholders and proactively identifying opportunities.
• Define and refine key success measures, uncover trends, and translate data into clear recommendations to shape Product decisions.
• Drive advanced product analytics at scale using methods like regression analysis, causal inference, and A/B testing.
• Help define how to evaluate GenAI-powered features by setting up offline benchmarks and online measurement.

Requirements

• Strong quantitative background with 6+ years of experience in data science or analytics, ideally in an online company.
• Highly proficient in SQL and experienced in writing code to transform data into insights (Python, R, or similar).
• Deep statistical expertise in advanced techniques like regression analysis, causal inference, and hypothesis testing.
• Experience with web and app analytics tracking tools such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
• Hands-on experience designing and evaluating A/B tests and other experiments.
• Work format: Hybrid, requiring a minimum of two days per week in the Amsterdam or Lisbon office.
