What you will do

• Co-lead and shape the technical architecture and evolution of the iOS mobile platform.
• Drive the ongoing renewal of the mobile tech stack, tracking market trends and best practices.
• Enhance mobile SDLC pipelines, including CI/CD, testing, monitoring, and rollouts.
• Engage in the Mobile Governance forum to provide technical guidance.
• Champion mobile engineering best practices tailored to fintech.
• Maintain clear and accessible documentation for teams.

Requirements

• Expertise in iOS development: Swift, SwiftUI/UIKit, Combine, and architectures like MVVM-C, TCA/Redux-inspired.
• Deep knowledge of mobile engineering tools including testing frameworks, crash reporting, App Store processes, Firebase, CI/CD, and GitHub workflows.
• Strong communication and influencing skills to build consensus across distributed teams.
• Pragmatic decision-making ability and focus on delivering impactful results efficiently.
• Fluent in English required.
