What you will do

• Take ownership of SEO content strategy, ensuring every initiative supports client business goals.
• Manage a network of freelance copywriters and specialists, including scouting, onboarding, and upskilling.
• Brief external writers effectively and provide actionable feedback on content deliverables.
• Lead the end-to-end delivery of SEO content projects, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Utilize AI and LLMs to automate manual project management tasks and accelerate data analysis.
• Work with a diverse range of clients across various industries and digital projects.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in SEO and Content Strategy, with a strong emphasis on Project Management.
• Proven track record in managing external freelancers and overseeing deadlines.
• Strong understanding of Content SEO, keyword research, and structuring content for search intent.
• Ability to streamline content processes and effectively use tools like Ahrefs and Screaming Frog.
• Experience leveraging AI (LLMs) to structure content briefs and automate workflows.
• Professional-level fluency in English is required for this role.
