Institutional Sales Associate (Fintech): Presenting a product suite and nurturing client relationships within the digital asset space with an accent on prospecting, lead qualification, and pipeline management. Location: Hybrid in Geneva, Lausanne, or Zurich, Switzerland. Only Swiss or European candidates wishing to move to Switzerland will be considered.

What you will do

  • Conduct targeted research and initiate outbound outreach to qualify high-potential prospects in the Swiss market.
  • Manage all phases of the sales cycle, including preparing tailored presentations and client-facing materials.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of the company’s diverse digital asset product suite.
  • Maintain complete, timely, and accurate records of sales activities using CRM tools like Salesforce.
  • Foster ongoing relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for cross-selling or up-selling.
  • Stay informed on crypto industry trends and share valuable market insights with internal teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Technology, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles, ideally within financial services, fintech, or digital assets.
  • Strong understanding of blockchain, cryptocurrencies, and the broader digital asset ecosystem.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
  • Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to track pipeline activity and client interactions.
  • Fluency in English is required; fluency in German or French is a strong advantage.
