Senior Analytics Product Manager

TL;DR

Senior Analytics Product Manager: Driving productisation and scaling of analytics products in the ESS portfolio, with a focus on Optimisation solutions. Focus on defining product vision, collaborating with data science and technology teams, and supporting go-to-market activities and client implementations.

Location: Hybrid working, 40% office based in Nottingham.

What you will do

• Drive adoption and knowledge of Optimization solutions across regions.
• Manage global products, including PI processes and roadmap.
• Lead and coordinate Proof of Concept projects, understanding technical requirements and market fit.
• Drive business cases for investment in new and existing analytics products.
• Create global product and commercial materials, including sales collateral and client proposals.
• Partner with regional teams to secure initial beta clients and scale products.

Requirements

• Product management experience in Financial Services, Technology/Telecoms, or Management Consulting.
• Experience deploying and delivering mathematical optimisation solutions in credit risk, marketing, and collections.
• Track record in driving product vision, design, roadmap, and go-to-market discussions.
• Experience working with commercial materials, client proposals, and business cases.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Comfortable driving daily business, technical, and design direction.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with data science methodologies and techniques, particularly Machine Learning.
