- Maintain and grow revenue and gross profit within product portfolios.
- Achieve sales targets by expanding customer base, product mix, and market coverage.
- Boost sales and market awareness in the Serbian market.
- Analyze the customer network to identify new opportunities and growth for the assigned region.
- Attend assigned technical/sales training and seminars.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential new partners.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Good knowledge of technology and the Serbian market.
- Excellent written and communication skills in Serbian and English.
- Basic understanding of the technical nature of IT products.
- Self-starter, self-motivated, and a team player.
- Customer-orientated and approachable.
