What you will do
- Process and follow up on dedicated orders, licenses, and related requests.
- Prepare, maintain, and manage accurate documentation, quotes, and internal records.
- Act as a point of contact for administrative and operational questions via phone, Microsoft Teams, and email.
- Ensure precise data entry and reporting in internal systems.
- Monitor deadlines, approvals, and process flows to support smooth operations.
- Provide general team support including planning, coordination, and backup duties.
Requirements
- Strong operational skills with attention to detail.
- Good communication skills in Slovenian and English.
- A proactive, structured, and solution-oriented approach.
