Location: Hybrid in London, UK.
Salary: £55,000–£65,000

is a public service broadcaster with a Technology & Media Operations group delivering technology requirements across broadcast, enterprise, and digital.
What you will do
- Act as a Co-ordinator for small/medium technical changes, clarifying business user requirements.
- Manage change processes with outsourced technology providers, including documentation review, technical build, testing, deployment, and post go-live support.
- Contribute to larger projects with technical change elements, working with Project Management and stakeholders.
- Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, focusing on best practice.
- Support incident resolution with outsourced technology partners and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- Extensive experience with Source to Pay system landscapes and best-practice configurations.
- Experience with SAP Ariba, SAP Contract Intelligence, SAP ECC6 (MM), SAP MDG, Opentext VIM/CC4S.
- Ability to review Technical and Functional Documentation for quality, clarity, and completeness.
- Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at various levels, translating technical concepts.
- Understanding of security, access control, and segregation of duties in system design.
Nice to have
- Experience with SAP S/4 Hana, SAP Netweaver Portal, SAP Fiori, SAP Signavio, SAP Joule, SAP Walkme.
- Awareness of regulatory compliance in Public Sector Procurement.
- Experience with External Audit processes.
