What you will do

• Guide ML direction and translate industry trends into actionable architectural strategies.
• Lead the design and architecture of ML systems, including forecasting pipelines and prediction models.
• Architect end-to-end MLOps pipelines for high-scale model fleets, ensuring reproducibility and governance.
• Evaluate and integrate third-party ML SaaS solutions, driving build vs. buy decisions.
• Define and enforce architectural and MLOps standards for model quality, ethical AI, and operational excellence.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership, mentoring engineers and data scientists on best practices.

Requirements

• Extensive experience designing and deploying ML architectures, including forecasting, predictive modelling, and MLOps.
• Strong background in traditional ML, time-series modelling, and ML productionisation at enterprise scale.
• Expertise with forecasting frameworks (e.g., Prophet, ARIMA) and ML lifecycle management, feature stores, and observability.
• Hands-on experience with cloud ML platforms (Azure preferred), Databricks, Fabric, Spark.
• Experience with MLOps frameworks (MLflow, CI/CD pipelines, containerisation) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM/Bicep).
• Excellent communication and strong leadership presence to influence strategic decisions and align cross-functional teams.
