What you will do
- Design and develop high-quality HR reports, dashboards, and visualisations using Oracle HCM, OTBI, and BI Publisher.
- Deliver regular and ad-hoc reporting, championing automation, standardisation, and continuous improvement.
- Partner with HR and business stakeholders to understand needs and translate requirements into effective reporting solutions.
- Manage the reporting request queue and communicate clearly on timelines and expectations.
- Apply robust data quality checks and validation techniques to assure the accuracy and integrity of all outputs.
- Ensure reports are distributed securely and appropriately, aligning with data privacy and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in data visualisation and reporting, with hands-on experience in Oracle HCM, OTBI, and BI Publisher.
- Solid understanding of HR data, people metrics, and how workforce information supports decision-making.
- Experience creating accurate, high-impact dashboards and automated reporting solutions.
- Confidence working with complex datasets and applying strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain attention to detail, and meet deadlines.
- Awareness of data protection requirements, governance standards, and ethical handling of people data.
