TL;DR

Business Analyst (Automotive): Leading end-to-end process mapping and improvement initiatives within an automotive OEM with an accent on identifying inefficiencies and clarifying responsibilities across functions. Focus on facilitating stakeholder workshops and defining current-state and future-state processes for organizational transformation.

Location: Hybrid (Must be based in the UK, working from Gaydon)

Salary: £33.80 - £34.80 per hour (Inside IR35)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end process mapping across various functions and teams.
• Collaborate with Project leads to build a comprehensive process inventory.
• Engage with stakeholders across regions, brands, and functions.
• Identify duplications, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Clarify responsibilities and accountabilities for tasks and decisions.
• Document hand-offs and interactions between teams and processes.

Requirements

• Must have immediate, on-going, and valid eligibility to work full-time and travel within the UK.
• Experience personally leading end-to-end process mapping across multiple teams or functions.
• Ability to define current-state and future-state processes for organization design or transformation.
• Experience facilitating workshops with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in creating RACIs or similar governance artifacts and mapping cross-team handoffs.

Nice to have

• Experience in automotive, digital, or customer experience domains.
