What you will do

• Provide front-line support to BAMS product suite end-users via phone and email.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all trading inquiries, troubleshooting, triaging, and managing issues.
• Provide proactive, consistent, and quality updates to clients and internal partners on issues.
• Work with the manager to handle issue backlog, monitoring, and assignment.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with the client base.

Requirements

• Computing or Finance degree.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Client-facing technical support experience.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment where clients use products in real-time.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid format from Manila, 6805 Ayala Ave.

• Financial industry (investments) knowledge.
• Understanding of financial markets and trading.
• Front office (traders) support experience.
• Experience with product functional testing.
