What you will do
- Lead the SCM customer satisfaction program by ensuring quality of Demand & Supply balance and preventing material availability risks.
- Execute demand forecasting within field operation and schedule parts & tools delivery by aligning with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage inventory levels in line with customer demand, monitoring fill-rate and zero bin status, and adjusting stocking strategy.
- Drive customer's urgent demands to be fulfilled and maintain logistics targets.
- Lead cross-functional sectors on agreed goals to pursue operational and cost excellence, implementing continuous improvement.
- Design and manage effective performance dashboards with customer KPI reports and create presentations for customer intimacy.
Requirements
- 10-15 years of experience in supply chain, inventory planning, or relevant operations.
- Bachelor's degree with a major related to supply chain, business administration, or a technical department.
- Good command of both written and spoken Korean and English.
- Understanding of the semiconductor business market and operational environment preferred.
- Strong leadership experience in cross-functional teams and proactive communication skills.
- Ability to rapidly identify core issues and opportunities in your area of work and proactively involve colleagues for alignment.
