Location: Must be based in Munich, Germany (Hybrid role: 60% office attendance, 40% remote).

What you will do
- Develop and implement product range strategies in partnership with local sales teams.
- Manage vendor relationships, including contract negotiations, payment terms, and cost structures.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure efficient product assortment management.
- Optimize vendor performance by monitoring key metrics and promotional results.
- Lead and support intra-functional projects to drive overall business growth.
Requirements
- Graduate degree in a business-related discipline.
- 3+ years of experience in Category Management, Vendor Management, or Purchasing.
- Fluent in German and English required.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup at the Munich office.
