What you will do
- Lead high-priority projects in the APAC region from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery.
- Assist leadership in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, partnerships, and product innovations.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of all business aspects, from user acquisition to product development.
- Facilitate smooth communication and alignment between internal teams on objectives and resources.
- Identify and implement strategies to enhance productivity and streamline operational processes.
Requirements
- Experience in project management, operations, user acquisition, business development, or business strategy roles.
- Ability to independently lead and execute projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Strong business acumen with a solid understanding of business operations, product development, and user acquisition.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating across departments and with the leadership team.
- Analytical mindset to extract insights from data and make strategic decisions based on business intelligence.
- Must be fully present and work 5 days a week in the office in Beijing.
