What you will do

• Write Infrastructure as Code in AWS Cloud.
• Develop AWS Lambda functions in Java and REST APIs in AWS API Gateway.
• Contribute to migrating existing components to AWS cloud, applying cloud-native capabilities and setting security standards.
• Help shape the AWS cloud journey and make sustainable choices.
• Translate functional requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Contribute to resolving non-functional requirements related to security and compliancy.

Requirements

• Advanced experience in Java development (3+ years).
• Hands-on experience in AWS cloud.
• Proficiency with Java 17+, Junits, integration tests, mocking libraries.
• Experience with Spring Framework (Boot), microservices, relational databases, REST- and SOAP‑webservices.
• Familiarity with AWS services (Lambda, SQS, SNS, DynamoDB, CloudWatch, API Gateway).
• Knowledge of ORM‑tools (Hibernate, OpenJPA, Spring Data JPA, MyBatis), build‑tools (Maven, Gradle), CI/CD‑tools (Azure DevOps or similar), and Docker.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication and strong critical thinking skills.

Nice to have

• Python or PySpark knowledge.
• Knowledge of Kafka.
• Basic Linux commands.
• IBM’s MDM.
