What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end architecture and delivery of agentic AI and multi-agent systems.
• Partner with client executives to identify high-impact AI opportunities and shape transformation roadmaps.
• Design and implement architectures leveraging LLMs, reinforcement learning, and decision-making algorithms.
• Integrate AI solutions with cloud and data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks, Snowflake).
• Provide thought leadership by running workshops, responding to RFPs, and contributing to hirify.global’s AI knowledge ecosystem.
• Ensure AI solutions meet governance, security, and compliance standards and establish KPIs, monitoring frameworks, and lifecycle management practices.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on expertise in agentic AI, multi-agent systems, agent orchestration, and workflow automation.
• Practical experience integrating Generative AI / LLMs into enterprise workflows, including prompt engineering.
• Proficiency in deploying AI solutions on major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and integrating with data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake).
• Excellent programming skills in Python and familiarity with modern AI frameworks, APIs, and orchestration tools (LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI).
• Working knowledge of AI governance, security, data privacy, and compliance standards.
• Proven ability to lead and deliver complex AI/ML solutions in cross-functional environments, including architecting AI/ML solutions.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree/PhD required.
• Hybrid work model requires on-site presence in Switzerland aligned with client expectations.
